Overall impression: "Gave me a cigarette when he could've told me to go fuck myself. Didn't use my attempt to get a swig of alcohol from him to rake me over the coals. He gets more critical during the 'trial,' but there's no helping that, I suppose. We'll see how things play out."
Need to be nice to?: Maybe, but it might not matter since he seems to write off all attempts at 'making nice' as manipulation. --But is he hoarding his cigarettes yet?
Attraction?: Too scrawny. Too young. To say nothing of his personality, which isn't really something you look for in a lover.
Motherly instinct?: Absolutely not.

Notes: Rosa Ushiromiya is a normal human with no special powers or abilities. Unless Worldend_Dominator is playing.
Rosa is an emotionally volatile woman with marked narcissistic traits. She does have a nice side and all things being equal will attempt to be kind, at least. However, she also has anger issues and may be outright rude in retaliation for real or perceived slights against her.
The easiest way to set her off is to imply, even slightly, that she isn't a perfect mother for her daughter Maria. (Who is not currently being played here at Utopique.)

I play Rosa Ushiromiya, a minor character from Umineko no Naku koro ni.

I've had a few people tell me they were interested and tried to look up information on her, but were discouraged because the internet resources on Umineko don't explain the story very well.

Therefore, I've decided to take it upon myself to explain the basic premise of Umineko, as well as Rosa's place in the story, for the benefit of those who are not canon familiar.

This is full of spoilers.
